Group Managing Director
Nicholas's background comes strongly from the risk management sector having spent nearly 10 years managing significant portfolios for some of Europe’s largest property management companies and retail organizations, on behalf of a large service based security firm. Nicholas's role as Group Managing Director within the company is to oversee the sales divisions, product/service line development and marketing functions, whilst also focusing on the overarching direction of the different business units to ensure that the OHS offering remains relevant and resourced for our growing diverse client base.
Group Compliance Director
Aaron has over 23 years' experience working in the compliance and property management sector. He has extensive experience in ISO accreditation's and quality management. Aaron has a wide range in management experience, having been a board director for over seven years with particular emphasis on best in class standards, client care and financial control. Experienced in business acquisition, review and system integration. Working on high profile client portfolio's across the UK. Aaron sits on several steering committee's and is considered an expert in his field.

Senior Strategic Manager
Richard has worked in the property compliance sector for nearly 10 years, mainly within asbestos compliance, having previously worked in recruitment and retail management. His background in retail has developed a number of key relationships across the sector. Richard is responsible for managing and developing OHS Group’s major accounts across all divisions, presenting the unique wrap-around service that OHS can deliver, and works alongside the Division Heads to identify and pursue strategic opportunities to grow and develop the OHS Group client base.
Head of UK Operations Asbestos
Gareth is responsible for leading all operations within our asbestos division. He has twenty years’ experience within the asbestos industry from working as a trainee on site to heading up various senior management positions, so well versed in both operational and commercial needs of our business. Gareth manages a range of clients/sectors and their needs through quality driven delivery and effective management of both on site and office teams for regional and national clients across the UK. He has a pragmatic and logical approach to his style of working and driven to succeed, expanding our asbestos division whilst playing a key function in the wider compliance offering OHS Group can provide to its current and future clients.
Head of UK Legionella
Christian has over 14 years’ experience as an independent and international legionella, water quality/hygiene professional. He has worked in over 30 countries worldwide for several government, pharmaceutical and educational organisations providing consultancy to the very highest level. Different geographic regions provided different challenging conditions, needing to continuously adapt and taking local legislation, guidance, politics and climate into account which makes Christian unique in his field. Christian has worked at some of the largest consultancies in the UK to both UKAS and LCA standards which ensures continued quality is provided at OHS and all its major clients.
